THE MIDI- SKIRT

With Autumn making its way one of the trends i'm excited for is the midi- skirt. It covers all or most part of the legs.. This can be not so flattering for some figures but with a tweek here and there and adding accessories it sure can work. Its the ideal option when you're tired of throwing on pants throughout those chilli days....

Adding socks as an accessory yes please :) but ud have to be smart about it and mostly works with flats

Fashion Foward, DINEO MOEKETSI

Since Dineo came out on the scene i've always felt she was one to look out for. She brings a mature and heart warming energy that I feel right through my TV,now thats talent. Her dress sense is also uber tops which Vuzu proved by having her on their 10 Over 10 best dressed episode. Another thing that also makes her a winner for us is her sultry voice when shes presenting , you just have to listen...

She comes out on top ALWAYS, either on the red carpet or doing her thing on Vuzu or Chanel O.
We picked a few looks to show off, some casual and others not so casual.

FABULOUS!

This one is my personal favorite, very sexy yet classy . The gold belt STUNNER!

A more casual Dineo heart the color  matching, the bags love relationship with the pants an baby blue studded pumps.

PALULULOVE HEAVEN

The day had finally arrived.. all the buildup on twitter and facebook was finally happening! And it was no disappointment. The venue was a beautiful garden venue with water features totally tranquil and fit for a Sunday midday into afternoon event. All of Jozi’s kool kids and some celebs were there in their street style ensembles, lots of 80’s 90’s influence  filled Shepstones Garden. Each designer with their designated stall spot, rails racked up with apparel options galore from sheek chick to you sneaker wearing hood looks both vintage and modern styles.  The clothes were priced well and I loved being able to interact with the designers and see the people behind the brands. My favorite out of the desingers I had a chat with was Miss Toity and Maggie from Skotch Lifestyle Boutique. Both designers have agreed to us showcasing their range on the blog so watch this space too excited!!

Our Top Grammy outfits

This is number one for us, Kelly took sexy and put it on another level of its own. Well done  girlfriend we likey!

A very lady like look from Bad girl Riri, I loved it although it sorta reminds me of Beyonce

Yes the list cant be done without our all time favourite fashion girl Solange, she put some color on the red carpet looking sassy in a green leg showing number and added some edge with the orange spiked heel

I loved Taylor Swifts angelic white dress :) had some gladiator goddes feel to it ,it was diffrent .

Simple yet sassy

Cant believe Katy had normal hair color,  could not recognise her for a bit. We loved the green ensamble though sexy boob area too lol

This was a fun look for me, the blazer gets 10 points Love Love Love!

Not her best look but she killed it, and were advocates for diffrent looks and this was one of those. Either you love it or you hate it and we love it!

Another one that wasnt most peoples cup of tea but personally we say nice one Adelle :)

2ND INSTALLMENT OF COLLECTIVE: JHB

Awesome things were happening this past weekend one of them being The Collective pop up store. The day was truly beautiful, the weather very well behaved allowing for all to show off their legs and shades. The atmosphere on the rooftop was very laid back and chilled everyone salavating at the clothes on show while sipping on champers/ wine or craft beer. A definate great way to finish off the weekend! Most of the clothes can also be found at Neibourgoods or at Arts on Main.We certainly look forward to the next one..

This pottery making display added a unique touch to the event, allowed for a bit of time out to get your hands dirty, people were allowed to try it out at R40 for 15min, Fun stuff

If you are into checking out the fashion, theres a designated area to relax enjoy your drink and soak up the sun.

Happy Birthday TO ME....

So this past weekend I decided it would be my birthday weekend since my b-day only fell on a Monday 4th Feb. So I was out to make sure I have lots of wake up drank, stand up drank sit down drank so on and so forth :) moments.

Saturday went to Kanye West by Gods grace lol! (long story) but it was a miracle that's all you need to know. It was kinda rough trying to throw together a white ensemble last minute so I eventually settled on my statement T and black denims. Off we went to Kanye and little did I know what excitement was ahead. The opening acts were perfect to get the mood going so it was just sheer excitement from the word go! The Dome was set up to seem like an Igloo it was beautiful with this amazing gigantic screens i'd never seen before. The stage set up was truly awesome well done to Castle Light. Eventually the man of the hour Kanye West, got on stage (after lots of people had lost their patience and vented on Twitter) , I've always liked Kanye but now I Love me some Kanye. Birthday made!

People made efforts to look smashing in their white ensembles

I know waht you thinking  LOL!!

Special mention to my partner in crime, thanks for an awesome night!

Spotted Randal in the mix of it all in white
